conference reimbursement

Due to the strong fundraising efforts throughout the year, we are excited once to be able to offer some financial support to those who would like to attend this year's national conference.

The annual national conference is a place for bereaved families to find community and hope, while learning and sharing with others. Lifelong friendships are often made at the conference through meeting others who truly understand the painful loss of a child, sibling, or grandchild. This eagerly anticipated event will take place in Bellevue/Seattle, Washington, during the weekend of July 11-13, 2025.

If you are planning on attending the conference, are an active member (have attended at least 3 events and/or meetings since the last national conference) and would like to be considered for some financial assistance please fill out the form by June 15, 2025. You will be asked for proof that you have registered for the conference to be eligible for consideration.

NOTE: This financial assistance will NOT cover all conference expenses (registration, hotel, travel, etc). Once approved any financial assistance will be issued after the conference.
